  I either havn´t handled yet video-material in HD-quality nor converted NTSC-material to PAL but I guess it can be done with MAGIX Video deluxe 16. Hope you will get some more experienced answers on this site, even you are asking in english.

  This is a well known problem. Video deluxe doesn't like lots of clips... I think, you won't get a real solution for that case. I suggest you one of these workarounds: (1) Convert all your mov files to mpeg2. (2) Split your movie up to several
