Ok, um erstmal ein schnelle Lösung zu bekommen, könntest Du die HEICs in JPGs konvertieren - also wenn Du sie noch auf dem iPhone hast, gibt es da eine Option ...auf PC übertragen... oder so, die automatisch die aufgenommenen HEICs in JPGs umwandelt.

Super, das funktioniert schon mal! Leider hab ich die Bilder bereits auf den PC gezogen, sodass ich sie jetzt einzeln (teilweise) umwandeln müsste. Es wäre daher super, wenn es auch irgendwie mit allen HEIC Dateien funktionieren würde.

Bin leider immer noch nicht richtig fündig geworden, da "CopyTrans" n i c h t zu empfehlen ist, da es sich sehr in Windows "ausbreitet".

Hm, HEIF / HEIC sind anders komprimiert als 'normale' Bilddateien - da gab und gibt es manchmal diverse Probleme.

Von welchem iPhone-Modell stammen die Fotos denn?

Vielleicht hat auch bei der Übertragung bei einigen Fotos speichermäßig etwas nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert.

Ich hätte das Projekt mit der alten Version beendet und dann erst die neue installiert.

Ja, da gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten.

Windows-Funktion Wiederherstellungspunkt (eher unwahrscheinlich)
eigene Sicherung wiederherstellen (wenn eine regelmäßige Sicherung durchgeführt wird)
in den Windows-Download-Ordner schauen, ob dort die alte Installationsdatei liegt
Eigenen Service Bereich magix.com aufsuchen, anmelden, alte Version herunterladen
dann erst die 2026 deinstallieren, bevor die alte Version wieder installiert wird

Bei mir leider exakt dasselbe Problem. Ich bin erst mit der neuesten Version eingestiegen. In der Demoversion kann man .heic (aus Lizenzgründen) nicht nutzen, nach dem Kauf stehe ich nun dumm da. Vom Support außer der KI-Antwort, die keine Abhilfe gebracht hat, seit Wochen trotz Rückfrage leider keine Reaktion. So werde ich den Kauf widerrufen.

wie es aussieht gibt es da ein seltsames Problem mit manchen HEIC-Dateien. Sicherlich wird das in einem Patch einmal mit behoben, aber man weiß nicht wie schnell das gehen wird.

Nur für den Fall, dass Du diesen Thread nicht gesehen hattest:

(Konvertieren ist natürlich nicht die komfortabelste Lösung, aber es funktioniert halt erstmal.)

HEIC ist leider dafür bekannt, dass sich ständig Kleinigkeiten am Format ändern und wir nachregeln müssen. Es ist auch nicht ausgeschlossen, dass mit einem Bugfix für ein bestimmtes HEIC Problem andere Dateien wiederum nicht mehr funktionieren.
Wenn wir eine solche nicht funktionierende Datei bekommen könnten, würde uns das sehr helfen.

Ansonsten sind die Tipps zur Stapelkonvertierung gut und hilfreich.
