Installing and starting Photo and Graphic Designer 10 from download page. Downloads program, appears to be installed but says installer has program error no1. Program flashes up on screen for a second and then disappears and does not open. THis is an old program, but would like to reinstall it.
Any assistance is appreciated.

Which download page are you referring to?

This means the installer cannot connect to the Internet.
Are you trying to install onto Windows 10?
If so then in Windows settings, Internet options you may need to turn on any of the indicated Internet protocols in the images below.
