Wie importiere ich die Filmdaten von meiner Panasonic SDR-H250EG direkt in Video deLuxe 16 Plus. Obwohl ich die Videocamera richtig angeschlossen habe, kommt immer die Fehlermeldung "Es konnte keine Verbindung zum Gerät hergestellt werden".

I am having the same problem with my Sony Handy Cam HDR 12: "Cannot connect to device" The camcorder does not have a fire-wire port but I can drag and drop the required MTS files into the video arranger.

The only problem with this is that it is not easy to know which of the MTS files constitute one film. The Picture Motion Browser (PMB) supplied by Sony can be useful in this respect for identifying the relevant clips.
