Die Akkorde habe ich anfangs auf meinem neuen MIDI-Keyboard geübt und aufgenommen, dann erst kam die Pianomelodie hinzu (bei 1:32 zu hören). Beim Arrangieren hatte ich plötzlich zwischen den Tönen eine andere Melodie im Kopf, die sich dann mittels Gitarre langsam formte und schließlich zur Hauptmelodie wurde. Die Melodie schrie förmlich nach einem Text und so setzte ich mich auch parallel daran. Der Text ist an manchen Stellen etwas holprig, da fehlt mir noch viel Erfahrung. Aber wenn ich es nicht hin und wieder probiere, kann ich auch nicht besser werden :-)
Ich habe schon jemanden angefragt, doch leider kam er noch nicht dazu, den Text einzusingen. Wie der Titel bereits sagt, soll der Track eine Geschichte erzählen, was alles möglich ist, wenn man die Augen schließt und in seine eigene Fantasiewelt eintaucht.

I started by practicing and recording the chords on my new MIDI keyboard, then added the piano melody (which can be heard at 1:32). While arranging, I suddenly had another melody in my head between the notes, which slowly took shape on the guitar and eventually became the main melody. The melody was just calling out for lyrics, so I started working on those at the same time. The lyrics are a bit clunky in places, as I still don't have much experience. But if I don't try every here and there, I'll never get any better :-)
I've already asked someone, but unfortunately they haven't gotten around to recording the vocals yet. As the title suggests, the track is meant to tell a story about what's possible when you close your eyes and dive into your own fantasy world.
