Not all computer keyboards have the print Screen key labelled as PrtScn in the case of your laptop it is PrtSc next to F12.

Did you try increasing the microphone boost level in the Sounds?

To enable the stereo mixer, open the Sounds dialog and turn on the 2 options shown below, right click a blank area of the dialog to get the pop-up.

You should then be able to enable the Stereo Mixer.

Hi

Did you follow the instructions I gave above in the same comment on how to enable the Stereo Mixer?

Please use the screen capture option on you computer instead of posting mobile snapshots - ie the PrtSc option and crop the image in your favourite image editor for posting.

The options shown by you were not available on my screen. Sorry about the screen options but for some reason the Magix page on my laptop won’t permit me to put in my password so I have to do it via a photo on my iPhone.
