no puedo conseguir los loops unlimited, pongo canjear vale y me pide el numero de la tarjeta de credito, reinstale el music maker 2026 premium y continuo con el mismo problema.
hable con la ayuda de MAGIX y no hacen nada. les pedi que me devuelvan mi dinero y cancelen la compra y tampoco lo hacen.
nadie me ayuda y estoy muy cansado de que no respondan mis email, los cuales estan escritos en ingles tal y como me piden.
lo unico que hacen es marearme, pidiendo que vuelva restablecer la configuracion del programa, limpiar los soundpools, etc etc etc.
espero que de una vez, Los señores de MAGIX lean mis mensajes y me devuelvan mi dinero. yo no quiero un programa que desde lo compre, no puedo utilizar lo que prometen que trae y lo que mas necesito, los LOOPS UNLIMITED

I can't get the unlimited loops. When I try to redeem the voucher, it asks for my credit card number. I reinstalled Music Maker 2026 Premium, and I'm still having the same problem.
I contacted MAGIX support, and they're doing nothing. I asked them to refund my money and cancel the purchase, and they still haven't done that.
Nobody is helping me, and I'm fed up with them not responding to my emails, which are written in English, as they requested.
All they do is give me the runaround, asking me to reset the program settings, clear the sound pools, and so on.

I hope that these people at MAGIX will finally read my messages and give me my money back. I don't want a program that, since I bought it, I can't use what they promise it includes, especially the unlimited loops, which are what I need most.
