New Move Edit Pro 21 won't load old projects properly

chadbresson escrito el 18.09.AM a las 06:22 horas

I recently updated to version 21. Tried loading an mp4... video won't load properly. Tried loading a project that was perfect from a couple of weeks ago... nothing but green frames in the video track. Tried loading another project into it... same thing... nothing but green. Tried loading mp4's direct... adjusting to project specs, not adjusting to project specs... doesn't matter.

@chadbresson

Hi

Please put your computer specification in your signature as requested in one of your previous topics, see this topic for what is required - the only thing we know about it is that you have and AMD graphics card.

If you have and AMD processor, or an Intel processor which does not have an integrated GPU, does not meet the minimum specification or is not enabled, then you will have no hardware acceleration and as @CubeAce has commented these options shown need turning off.

If you do have an Intel processor with integrated GPU then it may need enabling.

@chadbresson

Hi

Thanks for confirming that you are now OK, however do note what I said about Hardware Acceleration, export times for mp4, AVCHD and HEVC will be extended, possibly by as much as 10 x or more than the actual project length.

Duly noted, @johnebaker. And yes... already found what you've said about export times to be true.

Thanks for all the great help.
