Hello! I just bought Video deluxe plus to edit my gopro footage but When I try to open said footage, the sound is the only thing it can play and the screen is black. I tried with the files I had put on my hard drive as well as the file directly from the SD Card and the result remains the same. I can play those videos on the film and TV app of windows 10 as well as on windows media player so my computer is powerfull enough to run them and the files are good.

My computer is a DELL XPS with an I7 processor, the memory load is not so bad, but as I said, I don't think the problem is the machine.

The Gopro is a Gopro Hero 7 Black and the memory card is a Samsung evo plus 128 Gb that can handle 4k videos.

The file is 3.72Gb, .MP4 fille at 1440p x 1920p, 60fps, but the GoPro said the computer needs to handle HEVC files, but since the machine read the file already and the software is advertised to be compatible with it, I don't think that is the problem.

I aleready tried to go into settings and to change the video reading mode to the compatibility mode for Windows but it didn't work.
