Hi!

I have "Video Sound Cleaning Lab" (I purchased it in 2017), but I definitely can't open it! I tried to uninstall and reinstall it several times, but, unfortunately, the same message appears each time: "Can't find the name of Intel ICD OpenGL driver"! 😥

I googled for solutions, I remember having found an .exe tool which was supposed to repair this issue, I tried to use it a few days ago, but it didn't work anymore... (I don't remember its name, and I think I deleted it after that, sorry...)

As a consequence, I keep being stuck at the launching of the software and, so, can't use it!!!😡

I know other people have had the same problem, but I can't find any solution using Google anymore...🙁

Any help would be really appreciated...🙂🙂

By the way, I use Windows 10 1803!

Je viens de me rendre compte que j'ai écrit ce post dans le forum français, je pensais "toucher" plus de membres en l'écrivant en anglais..😟

En résumé, je ne peux pas ouvrir le logiciel, à chaque fois j'ai le même message "Can't find the name...driver"! J'avais trouvé un utilitaire fourni par Magix il y a un bon bout de temps, je l'avais gardé, mais il ne fonctionne plus (je l'ai supprimé depuis...🙁)

Mes pilotes sont à jour, et je tourne sous la version 1803 de Windows (je n'ai pas encore installé la 1809, trop de bugs apparemment...😏)

Bref, si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider, ce serait super!!😄
