In case you have an old video grabber device, here are some newer drivers which might work on Windows 10. If you have a new video grabber device, there shouldn't be any driver necessary because it gets automatically installed. Please also make sure to enable Camera and Microphone Access in the Windows Security settings. Otherwise the video grabber might get blocked by your computer.
