UAD Hardware Device

Hello everyone!

i have included the error message to help out.

I have recently uploaded LA2A Tube Compressor from Universal Audio and it is well installed into Music Maker, but when I want to use the PRE-SETS I have an error message that comes up saying I have to connect the UAD Hardware.

I would like to use my pre-sets, but how do I go about knowing what to connect being that its a downloaded plug in. I can use the PLUG-IN alone, but not its PRE-SETS.

@Dave.Kore Which plugin is the culprit? The softube or ENGL plugin? Do you have a UAD audio interface?

I think the compressor should work without a UAD interface, at least that is what the website says: https://www.uaudio.com/products/teletronix-la-2a-tube-compressor

If you have a UAD interface, then close Music Maker, connect it to your computer and wait until the interface initialized, then start Music Maker. Check the audio driver in the program settings (I assume you need to select a UAD ASIO driver here). I think that should work.

In addition to the previous photo I have included two others.

The first one being the page that I can open and be able to use the PLUGIN. This PLUGIN

and the second which shows all the pre-sets I can use, but when I chose which ever one, I have this Hardware connexion message that comes up.

How can I activate the PLUG-INS being that I cannot connect the hardware or that no hardware is necessary?
