Hallo, bin neu im Forum und würde Unterstützhung brauchen
nach dem letzen Update 21.0.1.91 stürzt das Programm ab
Photostory deinstalliert,neu von Magix runtergeladen, neuerlich installiert plus update. Wieder absturz.
Deinstallation und Neuinstalltion ohne Update, Programm läuft problemlos.
hat jemand eine Idee woran es liegen kann.

Speicher 16 RAM (2x8) Corsair
auf Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 250 GB (111,33 GB freier Speicher) ist nur Win 10
alles andere auf SSD Samsung 870 QVO Sata 1 TB 2,5

derzeit verwende ich von Photostory die Versions Nr. 21.0.1.74 (UDP3) UG Code 8674 KA1

Ist nicht aktuell. Bitte Updaten auf 21.0.1.91

das Update 21.0.1.91 verursacht offensichtlich das Problem, siehe erste Info. Nach diesem Update stürzt Photostory2022 immer ab/schließt automatisch.
Mit 21.0.1.74 läuft Photostory2022 problemlos.
Kann eventuell Windows Gerätesicherheit TPM eine Rolle spielen, ist aktiviert
