I’m a CDJ/XDJ guy when it comes to digital, but I also own a DDJ-400. Recently I found that it’s become an indispensible tool for managing my Rekordbox library.

The controller makes it so easy to add and save hot cues, test transitions, and generally to navigate the library. On top of that, the jog wheels feel amazing and I suspect we’ll see a similar layout in the next generation of CDJs, which makes me even more happy about the purchase.
