Fast nicht mehr dran geglaubt, aber ich habe es tatsächlich geschafft....

Psytrance als Best-Ager ist echt nicht einfach, aber total geil...😝🤓👀

Das neue kleine freizügige Zebra (Zebralette) durfte hier auch mit herumhopsen.

Also Körper auf 140 BPM einstellen....

Gehirn abschalten....

und einfach einige Minuten durch den Raum hopsen und den Körper und Geist machen lassen.

Das ist fast wie YOGA.
