Die absolut-in-die-Beine-gehende-Musik von Jorual (danke Joaquin) hat mich zu diesem Text inspiriert.
Ich hab mir das so vorgestellt: die gute alten Zeit damals, alle Leute sehen so schnieke aus!
Man trifft sich abends (damals sicher schon um 9) im Tanzcafe und legt ne flotte Sohle aufs Parkett, natürlich nur zum passenden Song aus der Jukebox! Ich bin ein Kind der späten 60er, daher kenn ich das so nur mehr aus alten Filmen....
Es hat irrsinnig viel Spass beim Singen gemacht, euch wünsche ich VIEL SPASS BEIM MITWIPPEN!

On a saturday evening alone at home, nothing on TV and nothing to do
My girlfriend Suzie came she got nothing to do, she says “why don't we go dancing tonight”?
I put on my best dress and cleaned my shoes, made my hair and put my make-up
I kissed my cat goodnight and turned off the radio, I said “ Let us drive to the new dance club”
We arrived at nine and the mood is fine, they guys are so cute and they adore us so much.
And then a pretty young guy with big blue eyes asked “do you wanna take the next dance with me?”
I'm so nervous and shy, don't know what to do, but he is so sweet and so I heard me say
“Alright, please wait here, just give me a time, I look for the jukebox, a good song to find.
