What's Eventi Jazz ?

In 2007, into a web community, was founded the “Jazz Project” Group. At the group joined about fifty people of various nationalities. People very productive that have a lot of creativity in music, photos, videos, stories, poems, texts, graphic arts. Many collaborations between the members were realized. Then, in August 2008, the old community was closed and replaced with a new. The new web community has less room for creativity. It reduced the relationships that had developed between people. Many people dropped out of the Community. So, part of the Friends of Jazz Project came together in the only Italian group initially present in the community. Thus was born the idea of creating a kind of newspaper - newsletter to keep alive the relationship, to exchange information, even outside the community. In January 2009, is born "Eventi Jazz" information sheet from the spirit a bit merry and playful, to keep abreast of the initiatives put forward by various friends and now is available also on FaceBook, with the intent to proceed along the peaceful road of friendship between people who are physically distant.

Periodically Eventi Jazz does compilations with the music of Jazz Project’s Friends. Clicking on the links or images in the page http://eventijazz.jimdo.com/compilation-eventi-jazz/  and you can connect and listen to the compilation and even download free music.
The publications of the albums are always advertised through the newspaper.
