i have an error when i want to import or open a video in Magix video delux plus 2019.

version 18.0.2.233 (UDP3) code UG 8436 KA2

Information:

i have a laptop with this perfomance:

windows 10 pro , 16gb of ram, cpu intel core i5-8300H 2.30ghz

i have buy and install this codec "MPEG-4 FULL Codec Upgrade"

i don't understand this error .

i tried to re-install the program and to restore the default parameter, but again not functional.

Please help me to fix this issue
