@Michel-Bellemare Que se passe-t-il ? Pouvez-vous le décrire brièvement ? Le téléchargement est-il simplement interrompu (icône pause ?) et vous ne pouvez pas le reprendre ? Votre pare-feu/antivirus bloque alors le téléchargement. Vous devez soit créer une règle d'exception dans les paramètres de votre pare-feu/antivirus, soit désactiver temporairement le pare-feu/antivirus.

 

 

What's going on? Can you briefly describe it? Is the download simply paused (pause icon?) and you can't resume it? Then your firewall/antivirus program is blocking the download. You need to either create an exception rule in your firewall/antivirus settings or temporarily disable the firewall/antivirus program.

Bonjour. J’essaie d’installer Music Maker Premium 2026 que j’ai acheté, mais lorsque je clique sur le lien pour l’instaler, la fenêtre s’ouvre et se referme aussitôt. J’avais hâte de l’essayer, mais je n’ai pas réussi. Merci de pouvoir m’aider.

@Michel-Bellemare Au cas où, avez-vous essayé de retélécharger le programme d'installation ? Le fichier est peut-être endommagé.

C'est étrange qu'il se ferme tout simplement. Pourriez-vous appuyer sur les touches Windows et R ? La fenêtre Exécuter s'ouvrira. Tapez perfmon /rel, puis appuyez sur Entrée. Le Moniteur de fiabilité Windows s'ouvrira. Vous y trouverez un calendrier. Les plantages sont indiqués par une croix rouge. Cliquez sur le plantage survenu avec Music Maker. Double-cliquez sur l'entrée du plantage pour afficher les détails. Vous pouvez copier-coller les détails ici. Nous pouvons peut-être trouver une solution.
