memory update of my PC

We used Magix Video de luxe 17 + and we have some trouble with with HD films. Very often movie stop during the reading of the time table lines and the sound stop. Some time, the picture is freezed on the screen.

We have analyse our PC and we have seeen that only 765 MO of our RAM is used by Magix. Our total memory is up to 2GO RAM at 1,333Mhz. Normaly, Windows keep 1 GO for all the Input and out put. So why Magix don't use the toal free mémory. We have bought 2x1GO RAM, 1,333 Mhz to complete pour PC. We knows that Windows XP professionnal used only 3,2 GO. With this new configuration, When magix is running only 765 MO is used. Why it is not possible to used 1,5 GO of our free mémory?

Is-it possible to change the configuration of Magix in odrer to used all the possible mémory?

Hi,

New programs are designed to work with Windows 7, 64 bits. With 3 gig memory and 32 bits is impossible to run Full HD video, the software must truncate frames to run and for you is a great advantage you save time. Ask a technician to make it for you is only a few click in the start up only go to the computer store it cost few buck and sometime the technician show you how to do.
