ho provato tutti i formati

già provato con aggiornamento on line, scaricato e installato correttamente, avevo anche delle immagini png che ho trasformato in jpg ma ho avuto lo stesso problema

Ciao, Video deluxe MX e' una versione di alcuni anni fa e il tuo problema di esportazione penso che dipenda dal sistema operativo Windows 10 che non e' compatibile perche il programma e' troppo vecchio.

Tu hai gia provato ad esportare tramite il menu' superiore File --> Esporta video e scegliere un formato (MPEG2,MPEG4,MOV,WMV) per vedere se da lo stesso errore ?

Come dice Diegoweb, il programma non è mai stato testato con Win 10 e non è compatibile.

Il fatto che prima funzionasse e ora no può dipendere da un ulteriore aggiornamento di Windows, che ha eventualmente cambiato qualcosa,

L' unica cosa che puoi fare è provare a reinstallare, come amministartore, e avviare sempre come amministratore ed aggiornare il programma.

Per questa operazione ti consiglierei di disabilitare o disinstallare temporaneamente antivirus, che potrebbero bloccare alcune funzioni del programma.

Se anche così non dovesse funzionare, e anche considerando che comunque hai già un sistema Win 10, ti consiglierei di comprare l' offerta upgrade per il video deluxe attuale, mi sembra costi 59,99 in upgrade. E' un buon prezzo.
