Activation confirmations

Hello everybody and the MAGIX Software Team! I'm excited to start my new adventure with the newly installed Video Pro X as I had just upgraded from "MAGIX Video deluxe 2026 Premium". I'm afraid I have caused some confusion amongst the MAGIX Software Sales Team as I have used a different email for the Video Pro X than the 2026 Premium and I am not sure I did the Pro DAD upgrades correctly with the account used for Video Pro X.

Other that that, the rest of the software works AWESOME!!

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff, sorry.

To check the details of your account go here, log in using whichever email address is relevant, and check under My products what is listed.

If you have two different accounts you need to email infoservice@magix.net and ask that they amalgamate them into one with whichever email address you wish.
