Additional update on not being able to view video in preview screen

I have updated my graphic card, uninstalled Magix Video Pro Edit Premiere 2021, re- installed and have tried many of the suggested solutions offered in this forum with no success. I feel like I spent money for nothing . I have been a loyal Magix user since 2015, but now I may be switching to a system where I can get better results not to mention better access to the product support. I have noticed in your other posts and might I say duplicate posts you were advised Movie Edit Pro 2021 required Windows 8 64bit minimum. Even with an updated Graphics card there still might be issues, its obvious a Windows upgrade and Pc upgrade would be essential as you have Windows 7.
