AI Speech to Text Not Working - Program Crashes

I am using Magix Video Deluxe 2026 and - though I have used it successfully before - I can no longer get AI Speech to Text to work. It doesn't recognize that I am logged in. I have clicked "Login" and completed the process. I have logged out of the Magix Hub and logged back in. I have restarted the program. I've tried everything I can think of. The "Start Analysis" button remains greyed out and - if I wait long enough with the AI Speech to Text window open - the program will crash. Any suggestions?

I am using a desktop PC running Windows 10 Home 22H2

The issue was at the hosting site for TTS.

It is now working just fine. When thinks are cloud based, this is something that happens.
