Another error message VOB

What the heck am I supposed to choose? BTW, when I preview the finished project with the "virtual remote", it plays just fine. But it burnsto the DVD just showing the title jpeg, not the entire project? What I mean to say is when I put the DVD in a player, the menu plays fine but when I hit play, only the title plays, not the entire project. Clueless about what's going on here? Thanks!

Have you tried Encode All... just to make sure everything is encoded?

YES, I tried each of the choices to including saving my project under a different name but still rec'd the same error message.
