I'M SEEING THIS PROBLEM POSTED A LOT BUT THE "CREATE NEW TIMEFRAME" DOESN'T WORKS FOR ME THIS PROBLEM IS VERY ANNOYING IS THERE ANY HELP OR DO I NEED TO TRASH THIS PROGRAM?

my computer specs:AMD Athlon(tm) x2 dual core processor
4gb (ram) system type 64 bit and im using MEP 16
No don't trash the program. Update to the latest patch version and try again.

You still have not told us what format of video you are using and the make and model of camera or the video source. More information the better! Analyse the video with either GSpot or MediaInfo to get more information.
We cannot help you if you do not provide sufficient information.
You can also download the trial of MEP MX and see if it is OK with your video. You do not need to uninstall your existing version to test the trial.
