If this is to reactive the HEVC codec using the automated generate a new code application, it does not work for the HEVC codec. For that you will have to put in a request to sales@magix.et with your original order number and they will send a new code via email.
I sent an email to sales@magix.net and just got an automated response, which is a no response. In the past I would be able to send tech support an email and open a ticket, but I can no longer find that page. I'm stuck for now and don't know what to do.
