Hello everybody! I would like to ask how do I achieve the best quality of audio and video with Magix Edit Pro 17 HD when I am exporting a video? What is the best format? WMV, MPEG-2, or MPEG-4? Why when I export an MPEG-2 video in 1280 x 720 or 1920 x 1080 I can not have AC3 5,1 Surround Sound but I can have AC3 5,1 SS when I export in 720 DVD quality?

Last Question: Can I have AC3 Souround Sound with WMV or MPEG-4 export?

Sorry for asking two many questions... but the best quality is very important to me.

Hi,

Mathematic help to determine what is the best picture more pixels you have better is the quality. 1280 x 720 is good to up 1 meter (40 in.) TV size but 1920 x 1080 is good for the big TV size.

The best format offering better compression is MP4 old format must disapear originated create for 640 x 480 picture size (compression engine)

For sound system is about same The ideas is a full DVD is 4.7 gig and Blu-Ray 25 gig for most users a DVD player cost 4 times less and near all houses have one same for the disk price a DVD cost 10 times less than Blu-Ray.

Regards.
