Can not install additional components - extra content.

Hello,

I have purchased Video Pro X17 Ultimate edition. I have activated coupon codes, but I still can not install additional components.

Have anyone experience such issue?

I have wrote to Magix support, but they arent' responding.

You cannot install the Extra contents because they already installed, see your second image.

For 3rd Party add- ons, the email with your order confirmation and serial number may contain links to download and install, or under the Effects tab, you may see white Icons which on click will give you the serial number and a link to download and install
