can't access the code,

i tried entering my email address and password and it does not recognize it so i can't access the activation code.

it is not the first time i use one of your products it is an update to what i have already that was just purchased 1 hour ago. this is my order number20201027161xxxxxxxx if this helps. i just wish all you companies would have a 1 800 number that would speed up the process if necessary and i see the info / link is only good for 90 days on top of it.
