i tried entering my email address and password and it does not recognize it so i can't access the activation code.
it is not the first time i use one of your products it is an update to what i have already that was just purchased 1 hour ago. this is my order number20201027161xxxxxxxx if this helps. i just wish all you companies would have a 1 800 number that would speed up the process if necessary and i see the info / link is only good for 90 days on top of it.

You need to get into contact with the magix sales team using the email they sent you to confirm purchase.

VideoPro X(12); i did ( or maybe still do, ) have an account but it no longer accepts my email or password. to be able to get the activation code. yet i am able to use my email and password for the forum????? of course trying to contact or talk with someone is impossible, i even tried the phone numbers and they are no good as well. i don't know why they can't hire someone to help guide or just be there for questions.
Your user name is your email address. Did you change it?

Did you not receive an email from Magix right after purchase with the activation code and download link? Check your spam box.

When you bought the program did you get an email with your serial number/activation code and was the email address you used to purchase the same as the one for the forum?
