can't burn a dvd in mep 2015 plus 32 bit ver

I get this message after I try to burn a standard pal dvd

This problem does not happened if I use an older mep

The last mep is:

O.S : Windows XP sp3

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6550 @ 2.33GHz

Hi, can you try and burn a DVD in the same format you are trying to, using another program, just to ensure your DVD burner is ok, though you seem to indicate it is when you say it does not happen in an older MEP, it could have just started. You say you are using windows XP, are you using 32 or 64 bit version of XP, it came in both, either way it is quite old now.
