Can`t Import of VOB folders and files ?

I can not import VOB folders or files. I have tried to import from several DVD and from folders on my hard drive, but the program do not recognize the files as a videofile, and therefore it does not open it.

I am running Movie Edit Pro on Vista.

Hi there, what version MEP are we on here? What about your source files/discs. Do they all play nicely

in Windows Media Player, VLC et al?

I have just installed Magix Edit Pro Silver version 7.5.2.12.

The sourcefiles are copyed from discs to the PC

These source files play nicely in Windows Media Player - and in in My VLC as well.

You're running an FOC version, and they don't usually do MPEG2. Nothing you can do save spend some money and buy a full program. What you can do is try out the workflow with an avi file. Sorry. Cheers, M o' L
