If you want a more featured line of product expect to pay for it - the same applies for most software.

No problem with being funny, a sense of humour is needed and helps in these times - the expletives were the issue.
I would not expect you to get a response back from the email @emmrecs suggested you send for a few more days, Germany, like us, is in total lockdown and responses are taking longer.
