Unfortunately, your first post here is very much lacking in detail! For we, fellow-users, to have any chance of being able to help you, please answer these questions:

  1. Where did you buy the product?
  2. Exactly which product and version have you bought? And which upgrade?
  3. Is the software installed on your computer?
  4. Do you have the necessary serial key?
  5. When you enter that key and your email address on the registration screen, what happens? A screenshot of any error message you receive would be invaluable, or at least the full wording of it.

I have already contacted your company regarding this issue. I have been a customer for decades. I have all of the serial keys and have diagnosed the issue correctly. The fact your company has not taken appropriate steps is highly disappointing. I do not need to provide you with any more information. Your company will need to contact the isp in order to resolve the security issue. Re:Ticket#2026011117000041
