Contacting Magix

have you guys been able to get in contact with magix? the technician stopped responding and you cant seem to reach them at any number. i paid for my producer edition and i should be able to redownload it whenever i need to but nothing works. these guys just aren't professional.

I'm having the same issue and nobody in any country will respond.

i know. it sucks. luckily, i was able to fix my problem since i posted this question. i contacted and they actually responded and helped. give it a try.
