select your text in word und use ctrl+c to copy the test.

I tried again using the keyboard short-cuts and it indeed works ! Tnx !! Perhaps teh designers can fix that so you can also right-click on the mouse and do a copy/paste that way! But at least I know how to do it now with the keyboard short-cuts. Tnx
