@elitarev I think the last update of MP3 Deluxe 19 was released around 2016(!).

To my knowledge this software may not work stable on Windows 10/11 versions released after 2016. So even if you would be able to upgrade from 14 to 19, version 19 would likely be still massively outdated as version 14.
