Does Magix Support work at all? I made a request to them. Received AI bot answer. No real human answer so far.
I have question regarding Sound Forge Audio Studio 16 software. Back when it belonged to Magix. Purchased from old HB bundle.
Made a request on Magix Support. No answer.
How long does it take to get answer from Magix? A week?
