Hi

Do you have a software firewall such as ZoneAlarm or other installed on your computer?

Which AVD file are you trying to download?

I have checked my firewall and its seems to be okay, cant find anything out of order.

Its a file called  Galaxy Starfield hd loop   Private SD WMV file.

Have to say that I am a new user to Magix Edit pro, so be patient with me.

Hi

This could be a browser issue - I am assuming you Left clicked the download link.

Right Click on the download link and select Save Target As (Internet Explorer) or Save Link As (Firefox) and you should get the correct file format - this will be indicated in the download dialog box.

Hi John

I have right and left clicked and it starts to download but the indicator always stays at 0 %. 

But at the bottom of the screen I can see that it is downloading, the file can you see in the file above.
