I cannot get the downloaded file to install Vegas Pro 23 on a brand new PC AMD Ryzen X870 Motherboard, 64mb of RAM, 1TB main drive and a 2TB secondary drive, program will not even begin to download. On my laptop which is an Intel i9 Lake I cannot get the program to run. Paid £165 for the upgrade from version 21, absolutely useless. When I try to contact Support on the new PC it will not let me enter my email and password correctly. Program is a disgrace.
