AFTER LOADING THE PROGRAM I GET A MESSAGE THAT THE PROGRAM IS ALREADY STARTED ON THIS COMPUTER FROM USER "XXXXXX" . IF YOU CONTINUE, FUNCTIONS WILL BE LIMITED AND PROBLEMS MAY RESULT -- DO YOU WANT TO CONTINUE (YES OR NO).

First please do not type in capitals it is considered as shouting which is bad etiquette on the forum.
This message is usually caused by trying to start the program again after you have already started it.
In rare cases the program may have ot shut down properly and is still running in the background.
You can use Task manager to check if it is running even though you get no display.
Restarting the computer should also clear any problem.
