Hi there,  there are a variety of reasons why you might be experiencing problems. Always make sure that the program is uptodate - you should have 10.0.1.15 if you check under Help, About. if you haven't go to online update and get the patch.

 

Don't know what files you are working with, but you could under Program Settings in the program, depress the letter Y on your keyboard, choose the Video/Audio tab and reduce the resolution of the previewer.  

 

Perhaps you have a rights issue for certain files, in which case try running the program via right click on the icon and choosing as administrator.

Hi there,

 

just did another update on my MEP 17 Plus, fresh out yesterday I think.  We're are 10.0.10.2 now,

so give that a try. Maybe that will solve the rest for you too. Cheers M o' L
