every time i turn off my computer I lose all my loops

every time I turn it off I lose all of them and have to go and download them all again, it's very frustrating and i can't get nothing done, if I can't get this fixed I'm going to get a different program, any ideas on how to fix this?

@phillip-lee Are the loops stored in a Microsoft OneDrive directory that gets synchronized with the Microsoft Cloud servers? Maybe this is the cause while files get deleted or don't show up again after turning the computer off.
