I'm trying to export my movie into the best format but it needs to be under 7gb.
The majority of the movie is pictures 3264x2448 and short movie clips. I converted it to MOV but it's 100gb. I'm not sure of all the different formats. Does anyone have any advice?

Just out of curiosity,I suggest you try WMV format. It DRAMATICALLY reduces the video file size! Also,try opening your video file(s) in Windows MovieMaker. Click on the "Save" options,and try saving as a "Custom" size,where you select how many Mb you want the final video to be. I have made many AVI movies of over 500Mb and reduced them to UNDER TEN Mb using the options above. It may be "Trial and error",but you can't lose anything b y at least trying! Incidentally,I've used the Export/Movie/WMV option in MEP 14+ to achieve some very satisfactory results! Good luck!
