Hi

An obvious question however  is the file really there and can you play it in Windows Media Player?

Are you on Windows Vista or 7,  32bit or 64bit, and which edition?

Do you have the same problem with any other video files in this folder or any other folder?

John

Hi John.  Thanks for the reply!

I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.  And yes the files are there for any other application, including UMPlayer,  Win Media Player, etc.  Also, the permissions are set such that Movie Edit Pro is allowed to access the files...

Movie Edit Pro appears to be the only program that cannot access the file system.  I've also attempted to move files into very obvious locations {like C:}, but it still can't access content.

This is weird!

Thanks for the response,

Eric
