I want to have frame around video image underneath in Vegas 23.0. If in powerpoint, I take a rectangle with Shape Outline having thick weight, Shape Fill set to No Fill and save as a .png, then the powerpoint image is just the frame with transparent background.  If I put this on Vegas 23.0 timeline, it shows the frame, but covers the video underneath.
