I am using movie edit pro -  I placed the photos and video on the timeline however, While in the storyboard mode all of the scenes are in order and no gaps appear. When I switich to the scene overview to edit the segments, the timeline has allot of gaps prior to the start of where the actual video begins.  How do I get rid of the gaps?   When I export the video it has a large chunk of black space (2min) before the video appears.
