Getting this wierd artifacting in my exported video

I'm getting this weird bleedthrough/artifacting in my exported video. It looks like smearing, like some weird background is seeping through. Anyone know what the issue is? Kind of looks like transparent lines...

Hi

Can post a screenshot of the timeline area where this 'bleed through' is, take the screenshot with the timeline panel full screen, using the indicate icon in image below, and includes all occupied tracks, see example below, and what the original should look like.

Which effects are applied to the video/image objects where the 'bleed through' is.
