Hi, I had to install my Music Maker on a new PC because the old PC got damaged. I cannot find the email with the activation number. can you please help thank you
I have been sending emails since July 1st, they reply with a ticket number and they say that someone would get back to me. Then I try to find answers for my email and they say that my ticket has been taken care of and try again, I've been doing this for many times. Please help
@EDWIN-RIVERA You can find all registered serial numbers in your customer account at Magix.com. Simply log in with your e-mail and password and then look under 'My Products'.
Last month Magix updated their customer support system to a newer one. There were other reports that support didn't answer tickets in that time.
I guess that tickets get closed automatically after some days if you don't write a follow-up question or ask for an update status. You can, of course, create a new ticket by writing to infoservice@magix.net or using the SUPPORT link at the top of this page. But maybe the problem can be solved by checking your customer account.
@EDWIN-RIVERA So, did you buy Music Maker Premium Editions in the past or did you simply install the Free Edition and maybe bought some assets in the in-app-store?
After installing you only need to login with your e-mail and password if you run the program. Later versions like Music Maker 2025 and 2026 are paid and no longer free.
