I bought Music Maker through Amazon and only received a voucher code, and your redemption page isn't working. How do I redeem it so I can get the program?

In what way is the redemption page, here, not working? Are you using the same email address to redeem the voucher as used for purchase?
The page is working at the time of this post.
If the voucher was accepted you should have received an email confirming purchase, your serial number and links to download the product and any additional extras that wwere included in the pruchase offer. If you did not get an email check your spam folder, they sometimes end up there fro some unknown reason.
